Staff was very helpful! A 5 minute walk to the tube (subway lol). Not that much dining options close by. Pleasant stay at this hotel!

This hotel has management problems. I've been coming here annually for nearly 10 years (it started as a Jury's Inn) and what's happened to it is just tragic. It's not an easy hotel to get to from Heathrow but was once a jewel. Now it's dated, worn, hard to get to and overpriced.

Staff was very helpful. Misleading on airport shuttle. It’s a paid bus. Air conditioning did not work.

We couldn't get the a-c as cool as we wanted. The breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpful.

Good firm beds, clean rooms, friendly and efficient staff... just what you want for a ‘wait for my morning flight’ hotel. Be warned - the two bed rooms are a little cramped, but if all you’re planning on doing is sleeping, that’s not a big concern!
