I had to change rooms because I was beside the elevator and it was too noisy for my 22 month old great grand daughter

Thank you for your feedback. I have reviewed your reservation and found that you did book a suite for your stay. We offer 2 types of suites with a slight price difference between the 2. The less expensive suite is located near the elevator as noted in the room description and was the one that was selected by your party. I am sorry it did not meet your needs and we were able to offer a complimentary upgrade to the larger suite away from the elevator.

Disgusting experience and poor customer service

I stayed here with my mother on the night before her wedding. She went for a shower and grabbed a new towel off the shelf. After drying off she found blood on the towel and it wasn't hers. She was disgusted. She also made 2 other complaints while we were there. She was suppose to have a relaxing time before the wedding and that didn't happen. I will never stay here again!

Very nice new hotel

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Very convenient location to several restaurants. Fairly new and everything is in very good condition. Surprisingly quiet. Other guests were professsionals and respected each other's privacy. No loud teenagers or trucks running all nite in the parking lot. I will definately stay here again on my next trip.
