Especially quick, easy, friendly, informative check in. Small room but very quiet considering it’s right adjacent to airport. Loved the ease of using pedestrian tunnels from Terminal 4 to get to the hotel.

Location proximity to underground was great. Staff was very bad. 1. We got room keys that did not work and had to go back to the front desk three times. 2. No top sheet on bed had to call almost everyday to get it right. 3. Some days we received no towels or not enough towels. 4. In the evenings, housekeeping or room service did not answer the phone. On one evening reception did not answer the phone. 5. Received vouchers for the wait and room key issue for free drinks, however the drinks are conditional and the voucher does not state so. 6. When we checked out, we could not get a receipt for our stay, since it was booked through Travelocity.

Location to underground was great. Staff was very bad. 1. We got room key that did not work had to go back 3Xs to get it fixed.

My bathroom door was a sliding door and it was broken such that it dragged on the carpet and had to be pulled with a hand on each side, lifting as you pulled. In general the floor where I stayed needed renovation. But the staff was great and the location next to the Gloucester Road tube station was fabulous.

Excellent location allowed me to easily walk to some of my favorite things. I loved the lobby and at days end would enjoy a cup of coffee and read newspaper. Day one, I requested plastic bags to secure my clothing placed in drawers due to finding a couple of small bugs. Bags never delivered, however I did not note future problems. Bathroom sink faucet seemed to need new valve as there was often standing water .

Have stayed at Holiday Inn Kensington Forum before. I know it is a basic hotel with great location. But this time, little moths in room. Changed room and still bugs. Food at restaurant only fair

Clean comfortable rooms - ours had a view! We were allowed to check in early because room was ready. Large lobby that accommodates guests to sit and wait for their friends, charge their phones, get a coffee. Pub in the hotel allowed guests to grab a pint without having to leave. Central location of hotel in a nice neighborhood is a great plus!!! I would without hesitation stay again. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

The location is amazing. It's 2 minutes from the tube station, which serves 3 different lines. Also, very convenient to Heathrow - less than 30 minutes on the Piccadilly line. The property was clean. The cleaning staff was incredibly helpful. The ground service staff was sort of indifferent. For example, there was a problem with my IHG card number. The guy at reception told me to call the office, get the problem fixed and then come back. That interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. Services, such as the ground floor restaurant and bar, are closed by 10:30, so don't expect to get anything after if you come back after seeing a show. They direct you to room service, but the overnight menu is astonishingly slim. They should install vending machines so you don't have to run out late to Tesco (less than 5 minutes away) to get something to eat. These complaints may make it seem that I didn't like the place, but these were mere annoyances more than anything else. It was clean, quiet and convenient. The standard size room with two twin beds was small but fine for the price. I've always stayed in Bloomsbury but this location was safe and absolutely fine. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I was happy to wake up there and happy coming home at night. This is not a 5-star hotel; it's a tier or two down from there. But within it's category, I would give it 4 1/2 stars and would absolutely recommend it and would be willing to stay here again.
