The Hyatt did not disappoint, from the friendly greeting, to the well appointed rooms to the delicious dining. I enjoyed my stay on the third floor where I could not even hear the planes from the adjacent airport. My suitcase was damaged on a coach and the staff kindly found me some duct tape to effect a temporary patch to get me home. I was so grateful! This is a wonderful hotel!

Someone complained about lack of a shuttle. No problem! Get the U3 bus from the Terminal 2&3 bus station. It takes a few minutes only and drops you right in front.

Everything was great just would be nice if there was an airport shuttle.. added 40pounds to my stay for a taxi there and back. Will choose another hotel next time with airport transport
