This hotel was in a great location to access buses and the tube. We had a room with newly remodeled bathroom and very clean. The employees & staff were excellent, so helpful and caring. Enjoyed our visit to The Mayflower & London!

The staff was quite pleasant. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. As for the room, there is no sound insulation between rooms and I could hear every conversation and footstep that occurred in the hallway and adjacent rooms. For the price I paid I would consider it again.

Clean, private and convenient to everything

My 7 yr old and I stayed in the studio apartment with 2 twin beds on the ground floor. It's right next to earls court tube station and very short walk to many restaurants, fast food and groceries. It felt like a very safe neighborhood even walking around at night. We went to the continental breakfast one morning but found it a bit crowded and close quarters. The food was very basic toast, cereal, yogurt, some fruit... the best were the croissants but still much better breakfast could be had from the local grocery. I liked that it was a regular flat not hotel and mostly private. I think less than 10 in the building. There was a lot of street noise but big curtains blocked out the light and I use white noise app from my phone whenever I stay in any hotel because there's always some kind of noise that would wake you up. The room was recently remodeled and good sized with cabinet and closet to store clothes (no dresser/drawers) room for my son to play with legos ect. there are dishes and appliances to cook, a bar with 2 chairs to eat at and even had a washer machine. Also had a large flat screen tv that you could pull out and turn to face the kitchen or beds. We used the refrigerator but ended up not cooking like I had planned. There's just so much variety of food available cooking in just had no appeal. I could easily live here for a month or more and that was the feeling I got, a resident not a tourist. Perfect location and perfect price minus the crowds of a regular hotel
