You could not access your room freely. The staff had to escort you there with security armbands.

The staff was helpful but phone did not work and rooms are small. Don’t like shower would prefer tub. Cleaning staff forgot to clean or refresh bathroom tissue. Had to ask for supplies such ask toilet paper and tissues as well as tea/milk. View from room was an dismal, dirty alleyway.
