As one who had twice prior vacationed in London and been disappointed with my accommodations, I can say my stay at the Roseate was great. From the staff to the quite, comfortable accommodations, all were tops .

OUTSTANDING HOTEL

Pros: COMFORTABLE, QUIET AND CONVENIENT.
Cons: NOT MUCH. THE TEMPORARY INCONVENIENCE OF EXTERIOR PAINTING WILL IMPROVE EXTERIOR APPEARANCE.
Location: LOCATION IS CONVENIENT (I.E., WALKING DISTANCE) TO PADDINGTON RAILROAD STATION AND HYDE PARK.
OUR STAY AT ROSEATE HOUSE LONDON MET & EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. THE ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, THE SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING, THE HYDE BAR WAS VERY RELAXING AND THE LOCATION (I.E., CLOSE TO PADDINGTON RAILROAD STATION) WAS VERY CONVENIENT.
