The room was very small, although very nice. just know that it’s going to be tiny. Electrical system didn’t work very well in the room. Staff was excellent and very nice.

I was so happy with my stay here and can't wait to travel back to London to choose this hotel again. Location was perfect, a short walk to Portobello Rd so many cafes and restaurants. Rooms were clean and spacious. Will book again.

Firstly they checked me into a room with sewage in the sink and water all over the floor. Then I was up all night being bitten all over by what I have been told by the doctor is bed bugs. I am in agony from all the bites. When I checked out early and told the manager was extremely rude he said it wasn’t his problem and refused to compensate me for either night. They also very clearly have no plan at all for bed bugs which is surprising to me and also concerning. Do not stay here
