This hotel was amazing. Unfortunately we were put in a room that they were renovating the outside of so our view was scaffolding. Upon arrival they did not have our breakfast in the system but they quickly fixed. The room itself was very nice. We head a Deluxe King room. The extra sized bed does make a huge difference. The shower is absolutely amazing and refreshing. Possibly the best hotel shower I have ever experienced. The room was refreshed everyday with new towels and bed was made. We had the breakfast buffet that was included in the booking. This was one of the better breakfast buffets out there. They had everything from smoked salmon, pastries to even bacon, sausage and eggs. The variety of options was amazing. Totally worth it in my opinion. We also ate at the hotel restaurant (bar and grill). It was a very pricey dinner so make it a special one. I recommend the beef tartar and the beet salad. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is within walking distance of Buckham Palace and many museums, pubs, the underground and more.

Beautiful hotel. We were a party of 4 with 2 beds and we had 2 bathrooms!!!! Hotel staff was friendly. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the breakfast was delicious. Convenient location to walk to different attractions and subway.

Excellent location near Victoria Station and St James Underground stations, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, and area parks. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Wonderful restaurant and bar right in hotel, as well as several great restaurants and pubs within 5-10 minute walk. Room comfortably accommodated our family of 5.

St Ermin's is a lovely hotel

My daughter and I stayed at St Ermin's for five days and it was great! The hotel itself is gorgeous and the room was very nice. One of the best things about the hotel is its location. Steps from the underground and a couple of blocks from Westminster Abbey. You couldn't ask for better!
