The staff is friendly and in particular Sezai makes this experience a fantastic one. This was my third stay.

Great local

The location is very convenient to the metro and it’s in a fun neighborhood. Hotel was clean and the staff very professional. We appreciated that they had umbrellas for us to borrow each day since it rained the whole time we were in London. I would stay here again.

Great hotel just half-block from Tube!

Pros: The people.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
Location: Great location! Tube very close. Very upscale neighborhood. Multiple great restaurants/quick bite shops within one minute walk. Very fun/safe area.
Ampersand Hotel will see us again! First, it is a top-drawer hotel. The staff is the most friendly, professional group I've ever dealt with. This hotel is 150 feet from the South Kensington tube stop. This stop is on the Piccadilly Line which comes from/to Heathrow. After flying overnight, we had our pre-purchased Zone 6 tube passes in hand and we were at our hotel in 45 minutes! No hassle. We opted for the upgrade that was suggested by the hotel upon booking. Our room was nice-sized, considering London hotel rooms. We had a large, very comfortable bed, wall-mount flat screen, Las Vegas-style safe, ref rig with complimentary sodas, water, juice and daily cookie rations. High-tech "we are leaving our oom and would like it remade" system. We can't say enough good things about this hotel.
