Great location, front desk staff and lounge staff proficient, efficient and polite. Breakfast overall could use some review and update, i.e.,staffing, food availability, coffee tea service , seems to be below the general level of service of the hotel itself.

This hotel is perfectly located near Trafalgar Square with easy access to public transit. The staff is friendly and cordial and the facilities are well maintained and very clean. We chose the 'executive' room option which gave access to a lounge that served a full range of breakfast choices, and drinks (including beer and wine) and snacks in the afternoon. This was fabulous - the staff was terrific and the food and wine excellent. Coming back at the end of a long day of site-seeing, it was great to pop in for a glass of wine. Our room, with mini fridge and Nespresso machine was spacious and very clean. I hope to get back soon!

Amba Charing Cross was an excellent choice. Close to all attractions and a good jumping off point for extended attractions in London. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. There was not one staff person we encountered with a bad attitude. The rooms were clean and large (as compared to other European and UK hotels). We would definitely stay there again.
