it was central to the city. we were able to walk to the places we wished to see. the staff was terrific except for one gentlemen who was rude to my daughters in Boyds

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Grand! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and it’s in the perfect location. We will definitely be back!

Front desk staff was wonderful. Matthew was exceptional! He helped us with taxis & 2 package deliveries. Hotel location is excellent. For vacation travelers, breakfast should be included. I have already recommended Hotel to others.

We have stayed at Club Quarters in the past. This time the staff had us stay at The Grand, which is included with Club Quarters. NO COMPARISON!!! The room at The Grand was DISGUSTING!!!! Old, SMELLY carpeting! The window was frosted, where you could not even look out to see ANYTHING!!! A despicable, FILTHY room!! WILL NEVER RETURN!!
