Bad,bad dirty condition old hotel,we were never stayed in this hotel again,pictures lies and etc....I want satisfaction compensation with vaucher credit for next your offer list hotels. This hotel is complitly different then on photos, we trust travelocity but you cheated us. Our room was in basement, air was bad, we dont have views, in bathroom was moisture on wall, we must eat breakfast in room because dining room is being renovated and etc. For everything we have photo evidence.

room extremely very small , not like what been described online ! they offered me only one room based on their deal with travelocity.com which was the attic room ! 4 TH AND THE HIGHEST FLOOR , there was NO ELEVATOR ! the stairs way too high and fits only one person,I asked the concierge please I need another room he said that;s the only room we have as this one only assigned for travelocity.com. you take it or leave it.I asked for refund he wouldn't refund me. I had no choice because I was so tired ans needed to rest for my next flight.bathroom was way too small they had 3 bottles only of shampoo hand wash and body wash as the shampoo wasn't opening.in the morning I talked to the manager about my experience he didn't even care & he refused to give a receipt.I highly recommend not to do business with them & for full refund !!! as I was an able to spend the night in that hotel

We regret to hear that you have had an uncomfortable stay due to the cleanliness and size of room. When it comes to London size than we can't do much about it. Due to the age of the building we are restricted by size as we have tried our best to incorporate the historic proportions of the building into the hotel. I would just like to add that we have 24 hours reception and hotel maintenance team who can remedy all the issues immediately. None of the matters were reported at Front Desk otherwise we could have offered even a different room to make your stay comfortable. We sincerely apologise for the discomfort. We will definitely look into the issues you have mentioned of your concerns. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience and discomfort you had during your stay. Great location to things in London

Pros: The first room we had was very adequate, and the day staff person was very helpful.
Cons: Updating the lobby tiles and the carpeting.
Location: There are a few restaurants, a shopping center, two pharmacies, small grocery stores and markets.
We chose this hotel because of its closeness to both the Victoria Coach Station and the Victoria Train Station, both of which we were using for our transportation into and out of London. We were very disappointed to find that there was no elevator in the hotel when we got there - and being seniors with bad knees, this was not good news. We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to our room the first night, but the staff did carry our bags up for us. The next two nights, they moved us to a room one floor below the ground level, which was the same level as the breakfast room, so this did help somewhat. However, it was a much smaller room, with no night stands or chair, which wasn't great. The lobby is pretty worn and there were quite a few stains on the carpeting on the stairs and in the second room we stayed in, but the breakfast was adequate and the staff was very friendly and tried to help us. It's a good deal for the price, if you are a younger person, or a very fit senior with no issues about schlepping luggage up flights of stairs and having to use those stairs every time you left your room. There were a few restaurants not too far from the hotel where we did eat during our stay.

Nice hotel close to major must see sightseeing

Pros: Close to major sightseeing locations and Victoria train station
Location: Walking distance to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, London Eye
Comfortable hotel , clean room, central to train station and theatre
