Perfect location to many things and underground. Quiet hotel and staff friendly and welcoming. Room needed maintenance due to shower control but fixed quickly. Air conditioner broke but staff was attentive and attempted to fix quickly. Offered another room (we stayed with fans and windows open) and in the end gave us a small refund for the inconvenience.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood that is easily walkable to restaurants.

We loved this property. The delux room is roomy and comfortable. Clean and quiet. The front desk staff were excellent. They helped with our plans about London. All in all, a great place. Close to the tube and dining.

bucket list

Pros: the entire staff
Cons: the room was deminuative but cost effective
Location: restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores, pubs, public transportation,thrifts shops
superlative in every way.. staff was solicitous, knowledgeable, and friendly. they have rubber duckies which I was glad to add to my collection.
