Amenities at The Beach condo complex include a gas grill and dining tables tucked beneath towering palm trees. Follow the boardwalk to the emerald waters and white sands of the Gulf, then treat yourself to a sunset meal at one of the nearby restaurants. Relaxation comes easy in the sun-drenched living area. Cool tile floors run underfoot, and a plush sofa invites you to kick back. Screen a new film on the 50” smart TV after a fun-filled beach day. A full suite of stainless steel appliances awaits in the compact and well-equipped kitchen. When your recipes are ready, serve meals at a table for four, or head to the patio for outdoor dining.

The BEACH Longboat Key views are absolutely Amazing!!
The studio definitely needs some TLC! The area and its location made up for a lack of care this place needs. We had problems with the TV Wi-Fi signal almost the whole six days that we stayed at the property. Called several times for help and nobody responded. It took two days to get fresh pillowcases and our screen door to the patio was broke the day that we moved in. It closed, but not all the way. We definitely would come back and stay and hope that we have better cooperation for management next time.

Small apartment. An issue since the bed is in the kitchen with the icemaker at night. We were on the first floor and which there had been higher chairs to see the ocean over the bushs. We borrowed the neighbors. The Gas grill was not usable and rusted out. The kitchen was well stocked. Very clean

Perfect Little Getaway
My spouse and I wanted something that was right on the beach that didn’t cost an arm and a leg, and we got just that; except that the cleaning fee plus all of the other taxes/fees you end up paying almost twice as much as the rental. The studio is just enough for two people. It was clean except for the rug that was full of sand. The full kitchen helped out a lot since the only place near by is Publix. The coffee maker could be newer but it works just fine. The TV should be mounted on the wall in front of the bed or something vs. being right next to it, so the only option you have is to watch from the couch, it’s not very comfortable from the bed. The bed is also not very comfortable, but with a studio that small there really isn’t any other option. Someone else on here mentioned to bring your own pillows, and I agree. They are very flat and have no support. Overall, the location is perfect, the view is beautiful, and you’re right on the beach as soon as you walk out which is all we really needed for our vacation. I would recommend this place and would rent again.

Great Beach Access!
Perfect size for 2 people, with great proximity to the beach! Open the sliding glass door and walk right out to pool, then gulf. Room was clean upon arrival and we had everything we needed. When we needed help with the wifi, someone picked up right away and we were set for our entire stay. Parking was easy and we enjoyed our time. Would definitely stay again.

Longboat Key Getaway
The property provides all you need for a short getaway. The Turnkey texting is easy and they are very prompt to respond to any questions/concerns. Layout of room was a bit challenging for any tv watching from the bed. Light from outside shines through glass block window by door the entire night. Pool was small but good (pool toys available). Ocean is not visible from room due to hedges, but easy access to beautiful beach.
