3 bed Plus Den, 3 bath Modern Home with Hot Tub

Single level home with large open concept kitchen, living, and dining room. Accommodations include 2 master suites with private baths plus 2 additional bedrooms with a shared bath. Exterior has 70 foot long driveway providing generous parking. Private backyard has 7 person luxury hot tub, natural gas grill, and and patio seating for 8.

Home is a short walk to shopping, dining, and buses on Anaheim Blvd. Downtown Long Beach and the ocean are just minutes drive away.

Sorry we do not allow pets, indoor smoking, or parties.

All bedrooms have smart TV's with all the apps, modern leather furniture, and pillow top mattresses. Oversized Master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub. Living room has a big screen smart TV, Bluetooth stereo surround sound, and LED fireplace insert. Kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and a large selection of cooking and serving utensils. All rooms have hardwood floors or tile. Backyard is gated and walled for privacy.

This is a single family home and there are no other occupants on the property. It is on a dead end street with minimal traffic.

Home is solar powered for an environmentally friendly vacation.

Guest access
Driveway is 70+ feet long and can accommodate up to 4 average length cars. Street parking is usually available as well.

Front door has a digital keypad lock to allow check in upon arrival.

Garage in the back is used for storage and not available for guest access.

There are exterior security cameras. There are no cameras inside the home or viewing the patio seating and bbq area.

Parking was so nice it fit 4 cars perfectly in the drive way. The minute we enter the house it felt cozy &, comfortable. Everyone had a GREAT time there. We do wish the couch was a tad more comfy its a but worn out at this point along with the outside furniture a tad worn out but no big deal. The rooms and bathrooms were great! Loved the master shower. The jacuzzi was so comfortable and perfect after a day of Jet Skiing with sore muscles. Washer/dryer so convenient. Out of 8 people not one person complained of anything. We want to visit again and would rent here again 😊

My fiancé, now wife, had a small wedding on the beach and this was the perfect house to accommodate our small group. The location was great and the house was very clean and stylish. The setup of the bedrooms and bathrooms was very nice. The four bedrooms are all connected to a bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Backyard and hot tub were great gathering places (when it wasn’t raining or too cold). Nice grill. Plenty of space indoors to be comfortable and have time to yourself OR open concept living/dining area for gatherings. Communication with host was easy. Definitely prefer flying into Long Beach as opposed to LAX. This was a great house for what we needed.

Beautiful house and great place to stay! The hot tub takes a long time to heat up since it stays at 80 degrees so I’d recommend raising it to your desired temperature once you arrive. The house is exactly as pictured and the neighborhood is quiet. The homeowner is easy and quick to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this listing.
