No Free Shuttle from the airport!!!! Had to pay $19 each way! Hotel cancelled the free shuttle but didn’t bother to change it online. Stay in Hilton instead

This hotel looks like a hole in the wall from the outside with a not so convenient entry driveway, however my stay here was wonderful. The staff is very friendly, very helpful and accommodating. The room is large and spacious with a fridge and microwave which comes in handy with kids. The pool/hot tub is a great plus, however it’s not private and located in front of the hotel so you are visible from the street. Still was great for my sore muscles. Complimentary breakfast is great also with a delicious waffle maker. The only issue I had was having to call the hotel 3x and waiting an hour for the shuttle bus. After a long trip from Alaska we just wanted to rest not wait at the airport for another hour. Besides that, I will stay here again just will take an Uber instead of shuttle.
