    very nice!

    Very nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. Pillows were not comfortable for me but the only negative staying here. Beautiful lobby, rooms and all around.

    The hotel was spotless but the front desk attendent on arrival was very rude and would not engage in conversation. It was our first time at the hotel and part of our honeymoon tour. Even though the place looked great we stayed in cheaper and more expensive hotels during our honeymoon and the service plus rooms were far better. Maybe our dress code on arrival wasn't pleasing for the receptionist (I was in denim shorts) and the reason for his rudeness, I have no idea but front desk is the image of all companies and customer first impressions starts with them. The room we had was a good size and clean but my god the noise from joining rooms was unbearable. It was either their activity but mostly the noise and vibration from the other rooms air-conditioning. It was a sleepless stay. We were disturbed several times by the cleaners, within minutes of each other they were ringing the bell and opened the door for access. I already advised the first cleaner to leave it until tomorrow but the 2nd cleaner came in whilst I was using the bathroom. They did the same to my husband in the same situation, very embarrassing for us all. It's great they want to clean but better communication between the staff is required. When using the hot tube & pool facilities there were staff constantly passing and I don't mean every 10 mins it was every few minutes which wasn't relaxing when trying to sunbath. If you wanted pool side service you had to go to reception in your bathers, embarrassing.
