Charming, Private, Poolside Cottage

Quiet and spacious poolside cottage, detached, on private property with its own bathroom, kitchenette, access, washer/dryer. Saltwater pool and spa, large shared yard (owner lives on site in main house) Fireplace, wi-fi, king size bed, large space. Brand new Beautyrest Silver mattress, sheets, towels, etc. Pool is heated from April through November. It can be heated for your stay by request for an extra fee.

Wonderful
Don't hesitate to book a stay here. The neighborhood is lovely, upscale and very safe. There is always parking out front. Host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed with beautiful upkeep of the property. Easy and quick access to all of LA but you still feel just outside of city life. Excited to return soon and try the pool in warmer weather.

Absolutely the BEST short stay place I've rented since traveling regularly to LA twice a year since 2018. Super quiet, super safe, charming, private, comfortable, in a word: PERFECT. Steven thinks of every detail and I felt pampered and well cared for. It's my #1 go to place now (shhhh! Don't tell anyone! Oops, too late!). Thank you, Steven, for providing such a lovely spot in the foothills of Glendale. I'll be back!

Little piece of paradise in LA area
I stayed at Steve's place for a couple of weeks to visit family in the area. I'm not a huge fan of LA, but changed my mind after having a little oasis as my base. Enjoyed private gardens, gas fireplace on chilly LA mornings, comfortable bed and feeling of safety. Bonus: great hiking in Verdugo mountains; trails just 10 minute walk away.

Everything about this property was beautiful! A safe and wonderful neighborhood with parking. Close to all attractions, stores and restaurants. Steven was the best host and his dog Cooper made it all even better! Highly recommend staying here!

My husband and I stayed in Glendale for a week in order to work on floats for the Rose Parade, watch the parade and sightsee in the greater LA area. We were amazed at the quiet, quaint neighborhood so close to the mountains. Our stay at the cottage was perfect!
