The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the food choices were good. The staff was very helpful. The pool area needed more (and possibly updated) chairs for the number of people escaping the heat.

The room was not very clean. There was hair in the shower along with mold on the handicap seat, the floor had a big burn spot, the door had water damage as well as the baseboard. The fold out bed had some sort of bug on it and other debris on it. Just wasn’t very happy with the cleanliness of the room at all and would like a refund for my stay. I have photos of all the items explained above. The staff was very friendly and helpful though. Just the rooms condition wasn’t up to par especially when I have to your kids running around. I hope you guys can make this right!’
