Upon arrival I found that my room had not been properly cleaned and there was cigar insides all on the side and behind the bed. There was a lingering odor inside the room. The inside of the shower was dirty and had hairs from a previous guest inside. The parking lot is full of trash from people discarding out of their cars but it hasn’t been cleaned up, I stayed for two days and the same trash has been outside.

The room was filthy and their was cigarette burns on the counter of my non-smoking room. Secondly, there was red stains on the carpet and brown stains on the shower. The room was utterly disgusting. Not as advertised at all

Horrible

Pros: Did not like it.
Cons: Everything, hotel staffs professionalism, the hotel in general should be renovated, needs good quality bedding, towels, etc.
Location: Location is not bad, its not in the city with alot of traffic, easy access to freeway. A few bars in the area that are nice.
This hotel was disappointing. The rooms are not up to par. There is a musty odor throughout hallways and in the rooms. They put me in a room that had a bed too small for my husband and I. After calling travelocity and them speaking with the front desk agent, they moved us to another room that was better in size but stilled had that musty odor as well as an odor of cigarettes, but it was a "non-smoking" room. The front desk agent canceled my reservation after speaking with her manager but then could not provide me a receipt. She provided false information saying that travelocity would be refunding me but come to find out it was the hotel that was refunding me. I tried to expedite the refund because I was out of state and needed the funds available for another hotel travelocity moved us to. When I called my bank and they spoke on three way with another agent at Extended Stay the front desk agent was very unprofessional, talking to a colleague in the background, rushing off the phone, just rude. I would never stay there again. They give Extended Stay America a bad reputation.

No worth it!

The place was unclean and at time was sketchy. There were homeless individuals wandering and watching the parking lot. That staff was rude and not accommodating or helpful.

Ok hotel no really close to anything.

The customer service and experience was not what I expected. Once I got into my hotel it was ok but the floor was disgusting it was filthy they need to shampoo the carpets. Also, the trash was not taken out from the guest before because it was still full when I arrived. The top Comforter on the bed was stained. I also had to bring me old towels down myself to get new ones and that took shot and hour while I waited for the towels the clerk was helping someone out my didn't even acknowledge me for an hour which was ridiculous. When I booked it, they said it was free breakfast and I was thinking it'd be nice and big I walked up it was an orange, raisin bar and old muffins. I wouldn't come back sorry.

NEVER AGAIN

This room was horrible. The hotel itself smelled like sour stagnant fried food, the bed was hard and the pillows were flat. There were ants EVERYWHERE....all over the floor, kitchen area, some on my bed and all over my baggage. When I bent down to pick my things off the floor I saw a pile of dead ants in the corner of the room. I did receive my money back for the night, but I had to throw away my purse because it was so covered with ants. I've stayed in Motel 6's that were nicer than this hotel. NEVER AGAIN.
