Spa gym restaurants fresh flowers in the lobby well staffed very difficult to find negatives As it is a Four Seasons guests should be prepared to pay for services. Room service has fees plus 19 percent gratuity. Items are priced in the 17 dollar plus range. Hotel offers free bottles of water in room and from valet and most places you go in hotel. In keeping with their image this is another example of Four Season hospitality

Although the room was a little dated and stuffy, I fell in love with the comfortable bed, and it was also wonderful to take a bath in the beautiful bathtub! The softened water makes your skin feel as smooth as silk and was so very relaxing. The service was also excellent and the food was unbelievable delicious...my stay was worth every penny! Thank you!

Excellent hotel and spa

The only drawback to this hotel is the location. Westlake is nice, but not exactly a destination. That aside, this specific hotel is great and world class. The rooms are among the best Four Seasons I've seen. The restaurants are wonderful. The gardens quite beautiful. The spa is truly first class. The 5 star rating is earned. This hotel on the beach in Hawaii--fantastic. On the freeway in Westlake--still great, but not fantastic. This hotel is best used for either business travel or, perfect, a weekend getaway. If you want to spend the weekend with your wife or husband and concentrate on relaxing and each other--this is the place. Especially since the weekend rates are an incredible bargain for what you get.
