Disappointed to find out upon arriving that the complimentary breakfast described on the booking site is only served during weekends. During the week guests will be served a brown bag breakfast containing 1-bottled water, 1-Apple, 1- Nutri-grain Bar, and 1-Pre-packaged strudel. Also, room cleaning requests are handled on a daily basis so do not forget to request your room cleaning prior to each day, otherwise the hotel will not accommodate requests made on the same day. $30/Day parking fee with limited Available parking after 10pm, Fitness Center was unavailable during our stay. Washer and Dryer was available for $2.50/wash or dry, quarters only.

Location was ideal and close to several shops and restaurants in the area. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It’s a great deal for what you pay! I’ll be staying there again. The only down side was the cost of parking but that’s to be expected in Santa Monica.

Rooms are noisy. Floors are not carpeted so you hear upstairs occupants.

Nice, clean, great location. Parking fees were high $42 a day. Free Breakfast but a little limited.
