A/C wasn’t working, ice machine not working and floor soaked, toilet didn’t flush properly, bedding was torn, and restroom floor was dirty

Spacious, clean, great location , we left due to many hidden fees. Plus parking is 27 a day?? What the heck! That’s more than the local lift service for two days.

Customer service at the desk were not friendly, the guys working valet were amazing. They went out of there way to help us, but inside was the opposite.
