Needed to check in at 1 instead of 3PM. Front desk found a way to make that happen for me. Room service was terrific starting with friendly, patient waitstaff Lisa. (Try the fish tacos from the Tapas menu-yummy-& Broccoli soup is always a fav for me.) This was a much needed one day respite from caregiving responsibilities. Thank you, Hilton.

Room was not ready at check in, but, they put a rush on it, which we appreciated. There were stains on one of the sheets.

Great Hotel

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. The small restaurant had great, reasonably priced food and the wait staff were wonderful. We were completely happy with the experience and I highly recommend this hotel

Pleasant Stay

Pros: decoration, comfortable, great view from 5th floor
Cons: supervising room service
Location: the mall is right in front great area very close to ventura blvd.
Everything was wonderful about our stay the only issue we had at the end is that we found some dog food on the carpet close to the bathroom. it was not that visible to the naked eye and understand the maids could miss it, but there should be more supervising after the cleaning service has finished
