Staying as a stop over for one night and picked for the shuttle service that was billed as very convenient. That depends on which airline you are coming in on and where you need to be picked up. We were in terminal I and had to wait 45 minutes to be picked up and that was with two phone calls to express our concern. The hotel was quiet and comfortable and restaurant was good.

Hotel did not match the price per night. Carpet throughout was worn and especially in our room it appeared dirty. There was no microwave for use in the room. However the bed was absolutely fantastic!

Walls are thin. Room smelled like cigarette smoke covered up with some febreeze. Mold in the bathroom ceiling. Tub felt like was going to collapse. Management is terrible with handle customer complaints. I emailed a manager directly and never got a response. Stay elsewhere and spend a little more for something nicer. Even if this hotel was my last resort I’d rather go sleep outside in a park bench. Holiday inn has definitely gone down in service from what I’m used to or maybe it’s just this location, staff and management team.
