The property was conveniently located less than 10. minutes away from the airport. Overall cleaning of the room was pretty good. The lack of ventilation in the bathroom was a disppointment. Staff cleaned our room and took extra towels when we request for the room to not be cleaned. The housekeepers and guest services was very nice howeever the Front Desk lady Yuma was very rude.

The cleaning staff was extremely unprofessional and noisy in the hallways. I tried to rest a bit later the next day after arriving from Boston, but it was simply impossible, even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door. It actually seemed like they got louder because of it. One of them even made a mocking comment about someone trying to sleep until late at a hotel, likely not expecting that I could understand her language, which I did. Overall, the hotel is “okay” if you don’t mind dealing with situations like this. I’m only sharing this because, even though it’s a budget hotel, I expected the staff to behave more professionally.

We must have been in a ADA room, because the door was supposed to open using a hydraulic system that didn't work. It was the heaviest door I have ever opened. The coffee maker didn't work, and the lights went on automatically when you walked by to go to the bathroom, waking up my sister in the other bed. And the beeping of the shuttle every 1/2 hour was so annoying, I hardly slept. The shuttle doesn't come every 1/2 hour as said, and they stopped at the Hilton and picked up 30 tourists with their suitcases. There weren't any seats for them, so they stood in the aisle with bags. When we got to the airport, the driver forgot to stop at Southwest and I had to shout for him to let me out so I could walk back to my stop. But what do you want for a cheap room. It had that going for it. At least I didn't/t pay too much.

Was not clean. The shower had hairs still stuck to the walls, the drain to the shower was sitting on the outside of the tub when I got there, and when I was standing in the shower it felt like was going to fall through the floor. The shower was uneven and making the loudest sounds, it seemed like there was a hole underneath the plastic of the tub. Also, if you want a jump scare. Try flushing the toliet😂. The ground was so dirty, I HAD to wear shoes. The halls were dark and felt dirty. I don’t know if there was mold in my room, or something. But everytime time I was in the hotel room I had a stuffy nose and had the worst allergies. When I wasn’t in the hotel, this wasn’t an issue. Overall, not the best experience.
