Staff was great! Air conditioner kept going on by itself and no hot water in shower, however they did offer to move but I was too lazy so that was my bad. Included breakfast was a carb lovers delight, but not for me. They gave ma a small discount which was nice of them.

The grounds need a little maintenance. Sidewalks, breezeways, and staircases could use a good pressure wash. Otherwise, breakfast was great, and staff was great. Room was adequate, though sheets smelled faintly of cigarette smoke.

The room had a musty smell. The carpets were stained, the furniture was stained. There was a huge gap in the lower portion of the door (at least 3/8") between the side of the door and the door jam that you could see through to the outside...and visa-versa. Just not what was expected for paying $120 on a Saturday night.

Rooms are a little dated but very clean. Staff was exceptional. Location is close to restaurants. Overall experience was good.

It was terrible hotel

Pros: We had nothing to like about this hotel
Cons: Better customer services, the rooms need to be clean.
We booked two non-smoking rooms and stayed one night on 08/06/2016. When we checked in they gave us the rooms that already had customer stayed in there. We had to go back to the front desk and the receptionist told us that they don't have any room available and it was already late at night. End up they gave us the smoking rooms with really bad smell and cleanness. The rooms did not have any bed sheets, comforters, or pillows. We have to go to the room where they store all the bed sheets, pillows and comforters to get these stuffs by ourselves. We had a nightmare to sleep and stay in this place.

Stayed there for 4 nights. Noisy, bed was comfy

Pros: bed was comfy
Cons: Housekeeping
Only redeeming quality about the room was the bed. It was comfortable. I was not happy with housekeeping. I stayed there 4 nights. First day no one came to make the bed or refresh my linens, coffee, shampoo etc. I complained at front desk. Next day they refreshed my room but I noticed the same washcloth was just refolded to look like a new one but I had wiped my shoe with it the previous day and had left a black spot. That same spot was there so I knew it was the same towel. They also did not leave me a new shampoo or coffee for the next morning.
