I received an email with instructions to enter the property. When I arrived the code to the entry gate was wrong. I was told I was staying in Apartment B, when I finally reached someone they told me I was in Apartment A. Nobody notified me of the change. When we did finally get inside, the heater did not work. I called the number given, we had terrible reception so I text him. We went back and forth for quite ome time, I even sent pics, and he argued with me that the heater worked fine even though I showed pics of a thermostat with no power. It got worse, this place is a safety hazard. I was told I would get refunded my money because we left and went to stay elsewhere. It has been 4 days, no refund, and they are ignoring my requests. HORRIBLE PLACE!

This property is in dire need of some TLC. The condition of the bathroom was very poor with baseboard moulding literally missing, unfinished patchwork and moldy floor grout. Photos look much better than the actual property. We stayed in Unit A and the parking space was adjacent to the trash cans and it was impossible to get in and out of car on the drivers side.

It was in a great location. The only thing I did not like was that there was no beach that was easy to get to on the property.
