Enjoy the sea breeze in this modern cottage in a perfect location.
You are within easy 5 minutes walking distance to Main Street, the Pier and Third Street Promenade. Venice and Abbott Kinney are a bike ride away with gourmet cafes, restaurants, pubs, eclectic boutiques and yoga studios. We recently renovation and have a new custom kitchen, bathroom, patio doors to a new outdoor deck for indoor outdoor living.

Stay in this safe, quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable with wood floors throughout. Memory foam mattresses with linen sheets. The kitchen is well equipped. The private garden is surrounded by professionally landscaped shrubs with patios for outdoor dining or a relaxing barbecue after work or a day at the beach or sightseeing.

Perfect Get Away
Teresa’s guest house was exactly what we were looking for. Centrally located making it easy to go to the beach or the city. The porch was a highlight for me in the morning drinking coffee and reading a book. Teresa was extremely accommodating with any request we had. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Everything was Great!
The home was exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook, and the outside deck was a perfect spot to relax. The location was a quick walk to Main Street in Santa Monica and a couple more blocks to the beach. The hosts were very friendly and promptly responded to our questions. We will definitely be back! Thanks for everything!

Happy at the beach!
Enjoyed the short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The beach cruisers and boogie boards were wonderful additions to the comfortable and well equipped home. We hope to return again!
