There was constantly an smell of pot around the property and I did not like that people were smoking it right by the stair well. Also the sidewalks need painting and the stair well railings were filthy.

Cute place, has it's own parking garage under the facility and a few nice seating areas that cater to both smokers and non-smokers. A couple vending machines could be nice.
