If you are going to close the entire rooftop pool for a private event, you should notify guests in advance. It is extremely disappointing to book a hotel that advertises a rooftop pool area, and then find that it is closed two days in a row for a private event. You really should let guests know in advance. Also, room should be cleaned every day - you skipped a day.

The staff was very cordial and nice but I requested room cleaning and it was never done. I requested a second time and after 4 days we never got our room cleaned.

The in-house food was mediocre. The rooftop bar closed early because of an event. The rooms were plain.

Couldn’t have had a better experience. The gentleman that checked us in was excellent. We arrived very early and he found us a room that was ready, offered us water and explained the area a bit. I’d recommend the hotel just based on how wonderful he was.

The property was cool and very beautiful. But it was not kid friendly at all. We tried to change our hotel for our trip once we realized our kids had to join us but were unable. The pool closed for parties on the weekends and the food menu had nothing kid appetizing. And the shower had a full length window to the bed area which made my daughter a little uncomfortable. But again kids are definitely not their target market. So I can understand.
