Staff and clients adhered to covid protocols . The only issue was lack of information relayed to testing positive to Covid-19. I had tested positive and had to constantly call hotel staff and medical staff to get retested the following day.

en realidad nos gusto mucho el resort era limpio y todo muy accesible lo unico que no nos gusto fue el entretenimiento no había alegría en la fiesta de despedida del año tuvieron musica en vivo y a las 12 que terminó el dj super malo pensabamos que iba a ver mas alegría y parranda por ser fin de año el restaurante mexicano fabuloso la comida y servicio excelente el italiano no nos sorprendió mucho no se si era por que fuimos fin de año el menue fue muy limitado pero pasamos muy rico y si volvemos a cabo nos quedaríamos con ustedes gracias por todo

Won’t be returning here. The experience overall was disappointing. We were greeted by a very unfriendly front desk lady. Didn’t bother explaining where anything was, giving us the WiFi password etc. We then found out that our room was wrong (2 fulls instead of a king). Changed rooms, and the toilet was leaking. Alejandra (manager) took really great care of us and upgraded us to a suite. The room service was 100x better there. The basic rooms are extremely old and falling apart. In desperate need of a Renovation. The property overall is in need of a renovation. Pool tiles are missing etc. The outdoor area is very nice, layout etc. A couple factors that were very disappointing was the selection of food at the buffet. Although the quality of the food was good, there were always very limited choices, especially for children. They had a kids section in the buffet, but it was always closed. They should always have some kind of option that’s a kid or picky eater favorite like pasta. The other issue was the service. They were all very friendly, but there were some major language barriers as most of the staff didn’t speak English very well. I understand we’re in another country, but since their tourists are mostly from the US it should be a requirement. We asked for things so many times to never receive them, like a high chair or blankets for the room. Service was definitely subpar besides the manager. Day of departure we were kicked out by security for sitting by pool til our ride.

I loved the location beautiful, primary reason booked there was because it was a beachfront location, however you can’t swim on that beach. It’s very dangerous and not allowed, that was a huge disappointment. Also only 2 restaurants for divining, hardly any shows during the week. We caught 1 show and our stay was 7 days. But the rooms were cleaned daily. We booked 2 beds doubles, and they were full size not queens, but my sisters and I made the best of it. Loved the staff, the food was delicious. The activities staffer Monce was great. Staff like Julio and the bartenders and servers were great. Our cleaning lady took great care of us. So although we had bumps in the beginning. We did make the best of it and had a blast.
