Amazing facility but uncomfortable room

The property and staff are amazing. Clean and beautiful property. Landscaping breathtaking . Pools are beautiful and clean. My only complaint is my room with an intense unpleasant smell, uncomfortable pillows, noisy air conditioner and an uncomfortable pull out sofa. Did not get much sleep. The hotel management needs to pay more attention to keeping up the condition of the rooms. Made me miss my clean bathroom and comfy bed at home which should not be the case when you are vacation.

We loved hanging out at the infinity pool looking out over the ocean. Our room was close to many amenities which was a nice surprise.

Great place with plenty of amenities, stinky room

Pros: Entertainment and ease of amenities!
Cons: Sewer/septic servicing
Location: We went to Cabo and San Jose Del Cabo easily!
The staff was amazing and amenities outstanding. Tomatoes was fun because each night was totally different in food, atmosphere, and overall vibe/theme (one night Italian, one night buffet with live violinist, and one night 5 course meal (no menu options, but very accommodating for our kids). Miguel was the best server (and drink maker too!), so much that we went back to him a second night. Entertainment was great everywhere we went with live musicians, varieties of dance/performers, and very cool drinks and specials. Beach access was easy and fun and pools were great and not too crowded, Kids' pool/splash pad was a big plus for our two little kids. Only complaint is that our room and that entire side of the building smelled like sewer, so bad it woke us all up at 3 in the morning (because the smell would come and go very strongly). Front desk had a maintenance man put something down all the drains and help us figure out how to run the a/c constantly to help out, and it did work for that night, but the smell was right back the next night. It was so bad when we got home our suitcases reeked of it and we had to keep them outside for a couple of days. Other than that, great experience!

Just OK.

Pros: The staff.
Cons: Higher quality sheets and bottled water in the rooms.
Staff was fabulous, friendly and helpful. Room was OK - I'm a sheet snob and the sheets were low quality and that always impacts my feelings about any accommodation. Also, it's Mexico and they didn't provide bottled water in the room which is the first time that's happened for me in Mexico.
