I paid extra for an ocean view and was put in a room with a limited view of the ocean, the glass around the balcony was filthy. We only spent 2 minutes in the main pool because it was full of flower buds from all of the palm trees, along with lots of bugs, the water was also very cloudy, we did not swim in that pool the remainder of our stay. The manager was nice and moved us to a swim up suite but we were unable to swim in there at times because of cleanliness. We spent multiple days with long periods of no electricity or air conditioning. The buffet was only open for breakfast and the wait time for food at the other restaurants was extremely long, lunch options were very scarce. We went without dinner several nights and even spent over 100.00 taking a taxi to Dominos Pizza to eat dinner our final night there. I have been to Los Cabos about 15 times since 2001 and I have stayed at many hotels that cost much less with much better food and overall experience. I would not recommend this resort to anybody nor will I be returning.

Food was amazing, beds were super comfy. Butler service is hit or miss, not worth upgrading. David was our butler and gave us wrong info on services. No drink service for the swim up suites. Only at the main pool. Pools are too cold! Would be nice to have them heated during cooler months. We paid for the swimup and couldnt use it. Also, there is a charge for Covid testing. It was not mentioned anywhere until we were about to get swabbed. Thankfully we had 50.00 on us. Beach has really rough sand and water was freezing. Will not return.

I liked everything about the resort until I got food poisoning from their food specifically the eggs and they would not do anything about it. I’ve been sick for days in the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life and I’m unable to go to work because I’m in bed. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Especially if it’s life or death.

I like the beach access with a life guard staff. Limited number of restaurants and limited food menu. The restaurants with trainee staff resulted in slow food service, and taking incorrect orders on the first day of arrival. One of the restaurants offered their fastest menu without advising what was serving. We were told our choice of foods will not be ready in time before hearing what we wanted order. When our kids were hungry in odd hours, the restaurants were closed and had to wait for dinner hours when we had no reservations because all restaruants were all booked.

Staff was very friendly. Resort is really nice. The ocean view room was really ocean view not like other resorts. It was beautiful. Maid staff was awesome. Pool was awesome we forgot to make reservations for dinner and they did it for us. The only downfall I see is making reservations for dinner. It commits you to a time and when your on vacation you don’t want commitments. That was the only thing I could point out which was no big deal.

Ideal location with right amount of peace and excitement. The Paradisus team will make sure you feel at home and never want for anything. Get the Royal Service for an exceptional experience. Bana & Lapalapa Stan’s our amongst the other dining experiences. Pools are gorgeous. Spa is amazing.
