Hotel is under construction and filthy Smells like smoke , no heat. Awful all the way around! Waited 15 min for someone to come to the front desk.

Hotel was in poor condition. Staff was not available to check in for 20 min. Room was dirty, furniture broken and mattress old and sunken.

Very satisfied with my stay considering the price. One missing light bulb, I never figured out the light switch, no stopper in the sink. Modest breakfast. Friendly staff, convenient to my conference, easy access to/from interstate.
