Got to the motel and there is a big sign pool is closed until further notice.... That was the main reason that I booked the motel. I also booked for two days and the clerk only has me down for one and he can't fix it.. Horrible over all experience.

There for car show. Third year I’ve used this facility. It has bern continuously upgraded. Super competent friendly staff. Good inexpensive motel

This property was so nasty and the building in disrepair that my adult sons requested that the room be cancelled. The roof had holes in it and the entire property was extremely sleazy (as reported to me by my two sons) They rebooked me into another Louisville hotel. Travelocity should not promote this property.

Shows signs of remodeling / redecorating in last couple of years ... but not done thoroughly. Room setup and condition was good, breakfast quality was low and minimal choices.

The hotel was very disappointing. Funny smell in the hallways, dirty. Door in back was supposed to be locked, needed your room key to get in and there wasn't even a lock on the door. Stairwell was disgusting. Full of cigarettes and ashes even though it was a non-smoking facility. Tried to get extra towel as there were 2 adults and a child and they never did leave any. No ice machine unless you went to the front desk, and there was no one at the front desk half the time. I was going to leave comments with the staff when I checked out, but there was again, no one there.
