The only thing my husband and I shared was that the coverlets/duvet was really uncomfortable. It was itchy and I couldn’t pull it up over my shoulders at night. It felt like paper. This was the first time we’ve experienced this at this hotel but it was very uncomfortable.

The elevator from the parking garage to the hotel left much to be desired! 😕😕😕 That elevator was not an accurate representation of the overall appearance of the hotel! We stayed in the east tower and the rooms were nice and roomy!

A gem in Louisville. We stayed in a king room with water view. The room was fresh and clean, spacious and the bath towels (including washcloths) were fresh and fluffy. We were impressed by the size of the two room (living and bedroom), 1 1/2 bath suite. Great separation of space for someone who wants quiet and the other who wants to watch TV and watch the river. We had a great experience and can’t wait to stay again. The hotel did a great job with renovations - very nice finishes and decor. You should stay here@!

Attended the KAAC event this past weekend and stayed at the Galt House as well. Out room was spacious, clean and nice. Not many interactions with staff, but all were great! Great conference rooms for hosting all the different events. Lots of great dining options easily within walking distance from the hotel as well! Would recommend Galt House for any event in downtown Louisville!

i liked the views and the layout of the place BUT DID NOT LIKE the fact there was not any kind of fridge in the room

Only complaint is that there were no wash cloths in the bathroom. I tried calling both Housekeeping and the Front Desk but never got anyone to answer. It wasn’t a deal breaker, but it was odd…

The hotel was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! VERY clean! However, I wish there were beverage vending machines so I could purchase a bottle of water. If there were vending machines, I couldn’t find them. Also, would like to see better signage directions to find your room. Other than that, the next time we stay, I’ll request a room either higher up than the 3rd floor or on the other side of the tower, due to the highway noise. I would definitely stay here again though! Oh, and the skywalk to the KFC Yum Center was PERFECT, as we attended a concert there during our stay.

Lovely, simple but very modern design, courteous staff, and valet service were plusses; My only concern was taking the elevator to my room without having to swipe my room key card. Anyone from the public could enter and leave the hotel without being a guest there.
