Excellent place to stay close to Fort Knox. We arrived very late and had a comfortable stay in a large clean room. Breakfast options served their purpose!

We’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times. Last week I booked 3 separate rooms. 1 for 5 nights, 1 for 7 nights, and 1 for 1 night. The 5 night room occupants emptied their own trash and bought towels and wash cloths from the store to use. The 7 night occupant received no maid service at all. This was incredibly disappointing. The service desk staff were friendly, especially Mikayla but the maid service was HORRIBLE! Why should we have to ask for maid service. This did not happen on our other stays. Thumbs down in maid service GVI. Were other guests treated this way?

I enjoyed my stay. I would like better towels the ones we had although clean felt worn out but the rest of our stay was pleasant and we would stay there again
