I did not receive the room I booked. I selected a room with 2 queen beds and that is not what I got. The hotel is poorly staffed, and I understand getting help right now is impacting this property. There was no free breakfast as advertised. There was so few restaurant staff that the dining room was piled with dishes and no one to clean the tables. The coffee in the lobby didn't have cups available.
