I had booked a double bed room. When I checked in all they had were King rooms. They said since I booked through you that my room type was not guaranteed. I wish I had known that because I would of booked direct with the hotel. The fold out couch is just box springs with ZERO padding. So I did not sleep last night.

Quiet, spacious room, and lots of dining options

Aside from charging movie theater prices for basic snacks and drinks . The pillows felt like they were filled with nothing making it very hard to get a good sleep with the waking up every 2 hours to try and make 4 pillows fill some what remotely like one pillow . For what you pay for a room you expect the pillows to at least cost more than 50 cents

After 2 days on the road, and a handful of kids in tow, I was very happy with our stay. Even in the midst of a pandemic, they were great!
