Did not have the hotel properly staffed. Wait time was awful! And service wait time was an hour wait!! First time here and not happy with experience

It was just okay. I was expecting and anticipating more from a four and half star hotel and resort. The fan vent in the restroom was full of dust and shower area was not as clean as I expected. The bed sheet had a small rip in it that was not changed during our stay. I was expecting the pool area to be enclosed for the various changes in temperatures in Louisville, Kentucky

Thank you for your feedback, we will be sure to follow up with the replacing the vent in the guest room you stayed in. Unfortunately, our rooftop pool is not enclosed, however, it is heated year round for our guests use. I do apologize if this caused any inconvenience for you.
