We couldn’t get one of the tv channels to come up. They had someone at our room in a couple minutes to replace the tv with one that worked with the channel we were looking for. They went above and beyond to make our stay a good one.

The only positive thing was that this hotel is convenient to the exposition center. The hotel itself is old, in bad shape and smelly

I stayed there once before when my daughter was attending orientation at U of L and liked how clean the room was and how friendly the front staff was. With this stay the only thing I would say was not okay was the sofa sleeper did not have any sheets or blankets on it. We took the top sheet off the bed and put on it as it was after 10pm when my husband pulled it out, he did not want to call front desk as he knew there was probably know one from housekeeping there.
