Sleep in a Restored 175-Year-Old Church

With streaming light and soaring ceilings, this renovation of an antebellum church features a stunning collection of eclectic items. Sit on the hanging chair near intriguing artwork, notice the bold feature walls, and relax in the sunny courtyard.

The church sits in the heart of Nulu, East Market Street District — steps from Rabbit Hole Distillery, Nouvelle Wine Bar, Garage Bar, and many of the city's best shops and attractions. A 10-minute ride from the airport, and short distance from Slugger Field, YUM Center, KY Center for the Arts, KY Convention Center, Waterfront Park, and a myriad of distillery experiences.

Please note: we are a Guesthouse in a lovely old building with several units in close proximity. We have a policy of quiet hours and no unregistered guests after 10 PM nightly.

If you or others in your group are looking for more space we have more units on the property. We may be able to accommodate larger groups!

Location & Comfort!
This was exactly where I had hoped to stay in NuLu and could not have been happier with the accommodations. Plenty of room for 5 of us, comfortable furnishings and easy walk to Market St. I didn't realize there was a great outdoor space when I booked which we took advantage of in the morning with our coffee and some evenings for late night chats. Mindy was wonderful and Creighton was so responsive. Thank you to everyone and can't wait for our next KY trip!

This property FAR exceeded our expectations! Clean, great/prompt/helpful communication from the owner, fantastic space for a family stay. We so appreciated the attention to detail in decorating. If ever I buy a rental property I am hiring these owners to decorate! Did I mention how perfect the location was?? Close to so many amazing restaurants, distilleries, and shops. Nice location
It's a nice place in a great part of Louisville, the apartment is well stocked with anything you might need for your trip and is tastefully decorated. The only downside is the floors are rather creaky so if you walk around after 10pm the downstairs guest may be able to hear it.
