Nestled along the Blue Ridge Mountains, LoeLynn Farms is the quiet escape you need. The two story cottage offers two car parking next to the front door, a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor living, lake access and most importantly- peace and relaxation. The Cottage is conveniently located to many wineries, breweries, exceptional restaurants and outdoor adventures. We are just 90 minutes outside of Washington, D.C. in the heart of Loudoun County Wine Country. The cozy Queen bed and full bright bathroom is located on the upper level of the cottage. You also have your own washer and dryer. Stay in for board games and movies or head out for a hiking adventure. Make it a grill at home night, or enjoy a meal at one of our favorite farm-to-table restaurants for delicious food and wine. Take one of our kayaks out or bring your fishing rod on our private lake. Be sure to visit one of the many notable Loudoun County wineries and breweries nearby. You will have full access to the Guest House and the field behind the Guest House, which features some short trails around our Silo and up to the barn. We also allow our guests to wander our farm, and our only ask is that you respect our privacy and don't wander onto "our" side of the farm. We can provide a map upon request of the grounds if you are interested in exploring. The Cottage is completely yours when you stay with us- no sharing required! We live across the yard in the main house. Enjoy self check in, and if you need anything, we'll be around! LoeLynn Farms is located in rural Loudoun County, just along the Maryland border. You'll enjoy quiet, fresh air and plenty of stars. You will need a vehicle to get around this part of Loudoun County. We are a short distance from the Potomac River, C&O Canal Towpath, Dulles airport, the MARC train and plenty of historic towns, including Harper's Ferry, WV and Frederick, MD. There really is SO much to do- check out our guidebook for ideas! You'll need a car to get around this area. Most sites and businesses have plenty of free parking. We welcome you to bring your own fishing gear to use on the lake. Please let us know in advance! The home is most ideal for two adults. While we have not specifically set up the space for a small child traveler, you are welcome to bring them with your own pack-n-play and necessities. Also, small, potty-trained animals are welcome. Note, LoeLynn Farms is an old Farm that was built in 1910 and has gone through a number of hands, some of which neglected sections of the farm until we came to acquire it in 2020. The majority of your payment helps us restore our farm back to its natural beauty. However, areas of the farm are in much-needed repair. Our only ask is that you respect the farm and the old structures, and do not attempt to climb on or scale the structures around the farm.
