Well I have to say I have stayed here multiple times in the past but this time I was extremely disappointed.First and foremost there was a opened condom wrapper sticking out from underneath the sofa😡. There was not 1(ONE)trash bag in any of the barrels,had to ask the maid.The ice machines were all broke on all floors so if needed you’d have to go to the front desk and wait for someone when available and they would have to go into the kitchen and get the ice and come back.My window opened about 4 in. but then I couldn’t close it for my entire stay.Batteries we’re not working in the channel changer so I had to go and purchase some.I could go in and on but if you are going to stay at all,go to the Lawrence/Andover so much better..

The property is clean and well maintained. The front desk people are very friendly & helpful. We were here for a regional cheerleading competition and the staff let us check in 2 hours early to get ready for it to competition which made life so much easier thank you again

The hotel was very noisy, we were on the second floor, anytime someone on the third floor above would walk, you can here them, kids were running everywhere. Sunday morning, there were cheerleaders practicing their dances in the hallways by the elevators at 6am, we were two rooms from the elevators, needless to stay not much sleep. The staff and the hotel overall were very good so were the beds, but the noise was too much.

We strive to provide all of our guests with a home away from home while visiting the City of Lowell. I would like to sincerely apologize for the disturbances you endured while staying with us. I can understand your frustration and concern in not having a restful stay. It is always disappointing when other guests do not take into consideration of those guests around them. While my team and I proactively patrolled our hallways and addressed those guests causing an issue, we were not 100% successful in our efforts it seems. I am so very sorry for this situation and can assure you we take situations such as this very seriously. Thank you again for staying with us. Clean, quiet option

Cons: The only issue we had was the in-room refrigerator was smelly.
We had a family emergency in the area and booked last minute. Arriving late at night we felt safe due to hotel security measures and the room was clean and quiet.

Fine and Dandy

I only stayed for one night, but the hotel was all I needed it to be. I was perfectly well satisfied. No real negatives to point out. A couple positives: I got early check-in with no fuss, no muss. And they have a very nice array of snacks and things for sale at the front desk 24 hours a day, great if you want a late-night snack (which I did). I would not hesitate to stay there again should the occasion arise. Also, check-out was a very civilized 1pm.
