The staff at the hotel was very friendly. The bathroom was not clean at all. The shower floor was very dirty and disturbing. The vent in the bathroom had so much dirt on it that air could not get through. The mattress was very hard. The free breakfast was offered but when we down there was nothing and the area was filthy. I think the hotel could be very nice but it was not this time!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Probably worst hotel experience of my life. - We booked 2 rooms, walked into 1 of them and it was already occupied by another guest! AWKWARD. - Went back to the lobby, they overbooked the hotel, OF COURSE! - I was calm and not angry, just wanting to make sure if they didn’t have another room I was only being charged for 1 room and I got yelled at by the front desk person, I asked why she's yelling at me and she said, "because you're still talking" - Hotel room was dirty, shower didn’t drain. - No enforcement of mask wearing in lobby, most guests were walking around lobby maskless. - That's what I get for booking a cheap hotel, we literally were thinking sleep, breakfast, checkout, nothing more, nothing less. That was our expectation. Very unfortunate!
