It was nice that the pool facilities were open. I do not like that no breakfast at all was served. Nothing, even though it was included in the rate. Other Holiday Inn facilities prefer at least breakfast bags. I also do not understand the inconsistency between hotels. there should be a corporate directive on how to treat this pandemic. Every hotel i slept at last week had different riles. some had open pools, some closed some had breakfast, some had none, some had bags.

I have no idea about any of this!!!! When I arrived I was told that I did NOT have a room reserved....even though I had a confirmation number!
