The hotel is in a good location, but we were disappointed with our room. The bathroom in our room was gross. The toilet bowl was stained, the sink had never been scrubbed or cleaned that there was pink mildew all around the edges, & the the railing to the shower door also had mildew. The pillows were filled with nothing. Thankfully we had taken our own pillows. We definitely won’t stay here again!

Great West Texas Town

Enjoyed my stay, Nice and quiet. Pets were allowed in rooms not too happy about that because it could have been our room. Breakfast was great and room service Ok. It was a Good View in room,Cold when we got in room, every thing else was good.

Noisy

My first night was ok but the second night there were I take it kids running in the room above me until after midnight. I couldn't sleep. The hotel wasnt the crowded the second night and could of put them on the first floor to avoid this. They were also inconsiderate letting their kids do this.

Great hotel for families, pet friendly

Pros: We enjoyed the overall experience. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and kind. Enjoyed the amenities and comfort of the hotel. Pet friendly.
Cons: Increased choices of pillows. Some hotels offer a choice of firm or soft, they did not seem to offer this.
Location: Main Event, a family friendly entertainment facility is next door to the hotel as well as some shopping.
Enjoyed the staff and how accommodating they were. We had 3 children and a puppy with us and the staff was friendly to the puppy and even gave us treats. The hotel itself was clean and the decor is up-to-date and comfortable. The only things I might change would be additional pillow choices (firm as well as soft). The breakfast available was above typical hotel breakfasts offering healthy, fresh options. We also enjoyed the later check out time of noon opposed to the 11am offered by most other hotels. While our family only stayed one night, the gym facilities were much better and clean compared to many other hotels. They also provided a larger fridge and kitchen amenities, which made the stay comfortable. The cost of the hotel was very comparable if not better, for what was offered.

Hotel close to restaurants

This hotel was extremely nice it all most made us stay an extra day. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, ugly price

Cons: Price is ridiculously high
Very nice hotel and great room with wonderful amenities. Would have stayed a weekend if it didn't cost so much.
