This place was basically closed. Only the restaurant and bar open on Monday, NOTHING open on Tuesday. Front desk only has a few people who know what they are doing. God help you if you show up when they aren't there.

We’ve been here before and loved the ski in ski out ability. However, from our experience we asked for a room on a high floor at least higher than the first floor. We had that kind of room and it was noisy and no privacy. Perhaps even a balcony, no response from the front desk man just gave the keys to my husband and told the bellboy which room to take us too. He was completely rude and I was too tired to question him and hope that he gives us what we desired. To our dismay it was only the second floor but at least not on the first. We love the fireplace too but it didn’t work. The maintenance man said that he needed a part and will come back tomorrow. Around early afternoon the next day we were disappointed that the fireplace still didn’t work. Called front desk and told us that they didn’t have the part! The entire ambiance was shot down and worse of all they didn’t even tried to offer any compensation to our disappointment. ZERO star for the staff, if I was the owner I’d be concerned as we would not come back to their condo nor recommend it to our friends. It’s a shame.

Awesome view in the mountains!!

Pros: View
Location: Easy jump off point to small and large towns - we drove up to 2 hours to visit local treasures and it was an easy ride.
Easy check in, front desk staff pleasant and quick on arrival. This hotel is close to everything and has a lot of fun things to do also on site. I would return again:) Thank you for a great stay!!

Close to skiing

From the outside this is a beautiful facility overlooking Okemo mountain, for the time of year we went the foliage was beautiful and I am sure in the winter skiing right to the door is a beautiful option. Our room was quite dated looking and very small for even just two people, it said it would sleep 4, but you would have to be a very friendly 4. Our first night wasn't bad but our second night the room next to us had a crying baby for over half the night and screaming toddler aged children very early the next morning. We were located near the elevators so there was a lot of noise from that as well. The staff was plenty friendly but did little to nothing to remedy the noise issues. Compared to what we are used to when we travel this did not wow us, or exceed expectations it was rather a let down as if I wanted to hear kids cry I could've just stayed home.
