Hot water wasn’t hot barely warm Fan for heater / air conditioner ran all night could not shut it Off. Lowered the heat to 62 and it still continued to run. Very disappointed for the room rate

Showed up at 3:10pm for a 3pm check in time and room was not available until after 4pm, disappointing but staff was apologetic and accommodating by keeping our luggage until are room came available

$40.00 charge for incidentals at check in came as a surprise. Have never had that anywhere but the staff was very nice and very helpful. The hotel and grounds were very clean but parking was a challenge.
